Porto duo Joao Moutinho and James Rodriguez are reportedly moving to AS Monaco in a deal worth an estimated 70 million euros.
According to Sky Italia, the duo have travelled with agent Jorge Mendes to finalise a deal in Nice, which is situated near to Monaco.
