Stoke City and Bosnia goalkeeper Asmir Begovic is reportedly being lined up by Liverpool who are eager to sign the stopper in the event that current no.1 Pepe Reina moves to Barcelona in La Liga.
Begovic had previously been linked with a move to Chelsea, with Stoke already moving to purchase promising youngster Jack Butland from Birmingham City as his replacement.
It is now thought that Begovic has agreed a deal with Brendan Rodger’s team.
