Alex Song could depart Barcelona this summer, if newspaper reports are to be believed.

The Cameroon international has reportedly told his cousin that he is unhappy at the club after making just 23 appearances since moving to the club from Arsenal in a £15 million deal.

Speaking to Calciomercato, Rigobert Song said: “Alex is not happy [at Barcelona]; at Arsenal he was a leader on and off the field, he doesn’t feel like the protagonist in Spain, it makes him feel bad.”
